About Christoffer Ploug
Christoffer is the founder of CP Real Estate and a seasoned professional with more than 20 years in real estate investment and development across Denmark and Europe. Combining a strong legal background with hands-on execution, he has structured, financed, and delivered projects valued at over DKK 3 billion.
As CIO at Oskar Group (2016–2024), he led the investment department through all aspects of deal origination, financial modelling, transactions, and investor reporting. At EjendomsInvest, he managed distressed real estate cases and complex financing negotiations across multiple European markets. His career also includes senior roles in capital markets and entrepreneurial ventures in the Greentech sector, underscoring his ability to innovate while staying results-driven.
Christoffer’s core strengths lie in investment structuring, financing, negotiation, and navigating legal and regulatory frameworks. With an LL.M. in Corporate and Real Estate Law and certification as a real estate broker, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight. Today, through CP Real Estate, he applies this breadth of experience to deliver 360° solutions that create long-term value for investors and communities alike.
